Work With Me

About Sessions

I am aware of the demands our technological driven society asks of us in order to ‘keep up’ creating communities which are cognitively overwhelmed and out of touch with their living and feeling body.

The Dance movement Psychotherapy space offers an opportunity to return to the body, creating time to process and reflect what we often cognitively ignore. It offers an opportunity to reconnect through the mutual language of movement, rebuilding our relationship to our body, mind and spirit.

Dance movement psychotherapy sessions can be within a group or individual setting depending on your needs.

Individual Therapy

A three session extended assessment is offered initially to offer client time to experience Dance Movement Psychotherapy and make an informed decision about committing to further sessions. This is offered out of the strong belief that to truly understand we must have an embodied experience to base our understanding on. There is no obligation to continue on with Dance Movement Psychotherapy session after the initial three session extended assessment.

The individual sessions are catered to the need of the client and discussed with you during initial assessment.

    Group Therapy

Group Dance Movement Psychotherapy sessions run as closed group working around a mutual area of need for a set period of time. Announcements of Group Therapy courses are announced on the Event Calendar.
