Craving that perfect nights sleep?
Want to encourage mindfullness and learn the science behind your child’s development?
Want your child to learn how to express their emotions through yoga and movement and nourish their mental health?
This is a workshop for the whole family.
10-11am Early Years Expert Tania Swift will showcase her innovative yoga programme for children designed to encourage movement and mind connection.
11-12pm Colouring and scent workshop led by Lottie Keble-Wyatt for children
11-11.45pm Croissants and coffees and panel discussion compered by Kimberley Pena, Dance Movement Psychotherapy with guests Tania Swift, Early Years Expert and Emma Taylor, registered Sleep Consultant
