Before I could start to write my blog for World Mental Health Day, my body had it’s only story to tell! A dance improvisation was created in an empty studio, a relational embodiment of a Dance Movement psychotherapist who once stepped into the world of her patients, people foremost, who all were trying, one step at a time to manage their diagnosis of Schizophrenia.
